I AM THINKING OF ADDING AN EXTRA FILTER TO MY JUWEL RIO 125 TANK.CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THE TYPE I CAN GET AS FILTER AND HEATER ARE ENCASED TOGETHER.I WANT ONE THAT LOOKS SMART. B)

better off going for an external canister filter as this will not take up anymore room in your tank and are very efficient.. imo best filters around

If you're gonna get an external filter i recommend Eheim. they are excellent filters with a good reputation. they have a classic range which are great. you can get the eheim classic 2213 for £46.95

Just out of interest, where can you get one for under £46.95? I'm looking for a new external myself and just wondered!

I have a Juwel Rio 125 and have supplemented it's filtration with a Fluval 204. I have found this to be an excellent filter which runs very quietely and is easy to install and maintain, it's also cheap at about £50 from most online stores.

sounds like good advice to me, that or an eheim cannister would be my suggestion. What is your budget??
