External Filter

[my fish tank is my TV]

recently bought aquis 1000 external filteration system, had it up for 7 - 8 weeks,getting barely any flow i tried to get as much air as i can out of it, i still think there is some more, does anyone have any advice?

Tilting the filter slightly while it's running is the best way to get rid of air.

Whithout wanting to sound condescending, are you sure you set it up right? Checked that your 'in' and 'out' are the right way round and that there are no kinks or tight bends in the pipes?

Is it far enough below the tank to be syphoning out properly?

its in my cabinet underneath so its low enough, tried tilting but getting no air out, will probs take bk and see if they can tell me the prob
