External Filter - Which One?

I run a U4 and a 305 in my 200 litre, I know this is a bit OTT, however I dont think you can have too much filtration in a tank can you? The 305 doesn't cause much flow and the U4 I have set up to the middle plant setting is what Fluval call it. I might take the internal out at some point, but wanted to cycle my external first and build up the colonies as I'm not sure where the bacteria are on my U4.

+1 APS, however one ting i must say some of people are buying a knock off of the sun sun filter and good god their bad, it not as if the sun sun's were high build in the 1st place lol
