We have just fitted an external filter to our tank but are wondering how fast the flow should be? We want to keep guppies again but found before that they seemed not to fair well if the current was too fast . We have a siamese fighting fish and various tetras at the moment and pleccies any advice please ??

Well, this is probably the wrong section to post in. But regardless, you'll need to list your tank size, if your ever at all worry about there being too much flow, I would recommend fitting a spray bar.
