Excitement

Well I managed to get today off college due to a lack of teachers!! So im going to make the most of today, no don’t be silly not coursework, my new tank lol.

Im going down to the fish shop real soon to spend a fortune on plants. Im going with java fern on bog wood for one corner, and anubias nana on bog wood for the other corner and stretching across the back more. Also waiting for my java moss covered cave to arrive to hide in a corner.

I am then going down to a local betta breeder this afternoon, and getting a boy for my new tank. I am so excited, I was hoping to get a giant betta previously, but to be honest I can quite easily settle for a stunning smaller betta. Also means more room for some tank mates (trialling them anyway)

At the moment my 30L has just been sitting there with a goldfish in it for a few days. So I accept I’ll have plenty of water changes to be doing over the next few weeks with my new boy in there. And its going to be ages until I can try out adding galaxy rasbora and shrimp

Anyway just thought I would share my excitement with you all.

I got a beautiful, 'line bred' and very bright all red crowntail.
I am so happy with him, he is absolutely stunning even though his only a few months old.

I really hope he makes it fine, his going to be a looker.
He was fresh out of a jar, but from an excellent breeder.
I will happily recommend him to anyone.

Wont be bale to get pictures of him up till tonight or tomorrow though.
However, satisfaction is guaranteed
