ok well i've notice that my yellow lab love to swim against the current coming out of my filter, he is constantly doing it. when i feed him he goes and eats, and everything is perfectly fine. but then he goes back to the other side of the tank and swims against the current again? is this natural? what on earth is he trying to do, loose weight?

second thing, my demosonai looks like it god into a fight. looks like it got picked at. it swims just fine, and moves around, but lookes like hes swimming only with his back fin. when he's in one place, he swims vertically. i tried to catch him with a net, even 2 nets, and i just cant do it. so hes healthy enough to be able to crazy fast. he goes and hides under the rocks. so getting him out i gave up on. you think he will be able to heal? there are a TON of rocks and hiding spots. i'm assuming he can just hide or something? (he is about 2 or 2.5 inches)

his tank mates are:

yellow lab (smaller then him)
aurutus (his size)
2 kribs (smaller then him)
3 kenyi (smaller then him)
ahli (1/2 inche bigger then him)
insignus (inch bigger then him)
milomo (super vc-10) (his size)
johanni (his size)
bumble bee (his size)
2 yellow tail acei (1/4 inch bigger then him)
3 socolofi (smaller then him)
2 plecos (one is his size, other is a bit bigger then him)

i can almost guarantee the auratus had a go.one of the most aggressive malawi following chipokae.

hmm maybe so, everytime i watch the fish tank the aurutus is fine with everyone tho. he's been in there with the others for a week. i got him and the demosonai, bumble bee , and johanni at the same time. i've never seen them fight at all. guess they wait until i walk outta the room lol
