Evil Female And My 2 Males Died

i left my gran in charge of feeding my fish while i was away the main community tank had no losses and all was fine when i got back unfortunatly both the males died in there 3 gallon tanks which was saddening, i vowed not to buy another but saw a gorgeous one today.......luckily i resisted

anyway the single female i bought a while back has been doing fine in the community tank she never bothers anyone dives down now and again for a chat with the corys and creeps up on the neons when shes bored, anyway my lfs finally got some apple snails in less than a minute of them being in she attacked ones feeler then she got very close to the other so i moved her into another tank, tonight i gave her another chance she swam down explored in ammongst the new plants then nipped at a neon i thought nothing of it but she chased off another a few minutes later and one of my neons has a great big hole where one of its eyes used to sit so far he/she has been acting normal so im hoping it might survive

only trouble is i dont like seeing the femle alone and cramped extremly tempted to buy a 10G and some more females, what do people think? or is there any other fish that will keep her company in a small tank?

I would buy the girl a nice 5-10 gal, plant it up and make it all cosy, and leave it all for her. Sounds like she isn't too sociable...
