2 days ago, when I turned the light on to my little 10 gallon, I saw a few babies. I thought I caught them all (4)
I don't know who gave birth to them, as I didn't think any of my fish were that close to releasing. So, I went out and picked up a turkey baster as I read someone saying they work good for catching the litte buggers. Whoever posted that, wicked idea! It works awesome, as I've had to use it to catch the remaining hiders. I thought I had them all, but it seems like more appear from hiding each day. Here are a few pictures. I have 9 alltogether now.

Thats a flash back to when i had fry like that in the container, and all the fish would go up and take a look, and be mad as they couldn't have a snack on them.
Congrats.

Nice, I really like the container for some reaosn...

One of my 3 shrimp found his way into the fry container, and started his sweep of the left over feed the fry haden't eaten. He won't harm the fry, and they don't mind him. He's a good cleaner in there. You can see how clean the bottem of the container is now, compared to the pictures before.

Thanks guys. I love fish. My dad used to be quite the hobbiest back in the day... untill his 135 gallon tank burst at the seam. He didn't have another tank for at least 10 years... but he's been back into it for a while now. Now me and my bother have a 135 gallon community tank downstairs, as well as 2 10 gallon, and my dads downstairs tank is a 25g community. I also have a 30 gallon community tank at work. I leIk fsih!

Congrats. Nice pics too. Those little buggers are hard to catch aren't they. I spent about an hour tonight trying to catch guppy fry. I had just cleaned the tank and the guppy was about to go into the net when I saw a couple of little swimmers. I was just a bit too late. I managed to get 6 but I don't know how many I missed. My danios will probably be eating well tonight :( .

My fish have breeded about 6 times in the last 8 months. But sadly I only got to get fishes from 3 of those 6 breeding times :-( . So after that I decided to invest some money in protecting the fry. So from then on My fish have breeded 2 times and now I have 18 baby swordtails. :) :D

P.S

One time my isolater for the fry did not have a lid and some how the mother of the fry managed to jump from the tank and into the isolater where the fry were. In the morning next day I found her in the isolator with no fry. :shout:
