Ever Heard Of This

Now I know there's pretty much no such thing as a pure bred betta but have you ever heard of a petsmart buying from a particular line more than once, last time i went in there they had 2 cobalt blue females of the same size and same finnage and had a few male cobalt blues and one had a little bit of black on his body but it was obvious they were siblings. Just thought it was kind of weird.

They usually buy from the same breeder and he/she will just put on the order whatever fish he has available so its most probably just how they normally do it but they used the same spawn siblings in the order

Yea i kind of figured thats what it was but i was hoping it was normal to buy from the same spawn more than once because I have space for another betta now and was hoping i could go in there and find another cobalt female but I guess I'll just go hunting and find one that i fall in love with.
