Got my good lady wife started on her fish yesterday. 180ltr tank, heater, filter, ermmm.....

Test kit
Hydrometer
rocks
smaller rocks

you name it my credit card thinks we brought it

I hope you don't mind idiot questions over the next 4-6 weeks while we get the water settled and ready (And the REAL idiot questions that will come after)

Anyway, I'm Terry and she's Karen. She has wanted fish for a long long time now and i'm pleased that we could get round to doing it (hey, we walked into the shop and the tank we had been eyeing up had 50% off, an omen if ever I saw one )

I have to say that spending the weekend setting the tank up has been fun for me too, I may well get into this fish lark )))

thats how i got into it, my boyfriend upgraded his tank and gave me his 10gal with a catfish in, now i have 9 tanks the biggest of which is a juwel vision 260 litre beast that is yet to be set up.

don't worry we would rather answer 'idiot' questions than you have a tank full of dead fish
