Hi another quick update.....
Removed all rockwork in tank, still unable to net any of the females, gave up as worried was going to stress them to much.....
The Xenos are enjoying the extra space and the only aggro is the comps not having any territories, this is all temporary....
Anyways there was quite a bit of activity yestarday, the plecs and comps were rummaging through the shell area and hanging around near the big clump of java moss, I had thought that there had been some fry in there, but not any when I looked.
Today was more interesting, one of the holding females was hanging around near the fry net, then I saw her spit some, really nice to watch, I netted 3 then a fourth was between the lass and the fry net, so now have 15 in the fry net, no more spotted, I am wondering of they maybe release them slowly over a period of time ? I got 12 from the one that spat in the bucket, and after what I suspected yeaterday maybe I have lost a few, If I cant catch the other female tomorrow I will just have to keep an eye on the tank as the fry are much easier to catch
Cheers for looking, Sean
