Good afternoon to all reading this.
I am just setting up a six foot tank and have finally come up with an idea for the back drop.
I want to mount different coloured, broken, stone roof slates (Yorkshire stone and Cumberland blue) on to an inert sheet using epoxy resin. The idea is to give hidey holes for fry as well as giving a three dimensional backdrop.
I am going to stock malawi Cichlids.
What I am not sure of; Is Epoxy resin inert when it has fully cured? I think it is but am not dead sure. Is there anyone can set my mind at rest?
Cheers
Steve
