Endlers

Hey everybody, I have had a fascination with endler's lately as I saw them in my lfs for the first time ever recently, so I was wondering how often everyone else has across them in their lfs.

Both my lfs keep them pretty much all the time. The one shop has what they call "Endler Guppies" and they are fantastic hybrids very close to the thing.

My other shop as pure black bars.

My 3 local lfs never ever sell them.

I've seen them several times when I've been holidaying in Sweden, but never here. Though I know I could order them from Trimar.

I've seen them in at least three shops, although their tiny size (comparatively...) puts me off buying them. Perhaps I'll buy another sponge filter and mega fishless cycle a 3g....

Very interesting how they are common in some places and uncommon in others


NOTE: i meant for that first question to be "have you EVER owned endlers?" the word even in there sounds smart mouthy so I'd thought I'd let everyone know it wasn't my intent haha

I've seen them in a couple of my 9 (yes, 9 ) LFS. One carries then regularly, but they are also devoted to the wilder fish and commonly have in Goodeids, Wild Bettas, Lionfish, etc.

I was wondering about the wording too, I'm glad that wasn't your intent. I've changed it for you.

only one lfs has EVER caried them and that was a local lfs where i used ot live. but that was only once so i'm not sure if they were even pure endler's. trust me though i would own some if i could find a nice lfs that sells them near me or even ships them from one place to another.
