Endler's End?

Hi, I had just one endler in my community tank but he's missing!?! I've looked all over, removed things to double check but still nothing. He was on his own in a tank consisting of
zebra danio's
male and female guppys
male and female mollys
neon, black phantom and glowlight tetras and
1 minnow
I have a under gravel filter

any thoughts?

Hi could be anything
1 could have went down the under gravel filter tube.
2 could have died and been eaten buy the other fish.
