i've seen recommendations that people can have five plus guppy males to spread out aggression, can this be done with endlers as well, or is it inadvisable? I like 'em, but i don't want babies.

yes it can be done, i know a couple of people with all male endler tanks, and they look fantastic. there doesnt appear to be any problems, but il ask if they see any fin nipping and aggression and post back

My friend has a 15 gallon tank with 7 male endlers in looks great along with the pygmy cories in there! and apparently there is no aggression!

I've had 5 male Endlers in a 10g for years. No aggression. No issues. They tend to be a lot calmer, and more peaceful then Guppy males. :)

i started off with three, and they were slightly aggressive, nipping at my sole male guppy, but when my lfs got more in, i went and got some more, and they seem to have calmed down quite bit
