Endler Is All Bloated And Has Raised Scales

As title cant remember what this sickness is called whats best to treat it and would i be better to seperate her thanks.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
The fish has dropsy and once scales stick out organ failure, only thing to do now is try epson salt baths out, but to be honest once scales stick out they rarely make it.

Yes best to isoolate the sick fish even if its in a container at the top of the tank, don't want the fish pecking at a dead body that's how it can pass on to other fish in the tank.,

Hi the tank is 54 litre and homes a breeding trio of bristlenose plecs and 5 other endlers no signs on the other fish but did notice this one had clamped fins, salts are not a option with this one as the plecs are in their.

last time stats were checked it was ph 7.3 nitrate 0 nitrite .30 or whatever it is might of gotten them wrong i didnt test the water personally my local fish store does it for me.

Is this diesease passable to other fish as i dont want to loose the plecs i can take endler loss but not plec loss

I would issolate the fish with dropsy in the container as plecs do tend to eat dead bodies.

Looks like its only the begining stages of it from the pictures, i used myxazin its all i have availible at the moment my only other concern is i dont have a heater for the spare tank so its going to be hard to keep the temperature up i will do my best though

Not as well as epson salt but you maybe could add some to the container.
Can't add a med to the container unless you have an airstone, as meds reduce 02 in the water.
