Had a large drop this evening around 20, so ive just left them in the main tank with the adults and they dont seem interested in eating them, hopefully i will be able to reer a load in the main tank, it only had endlers in it and a breeding trio of bristlenose plecs so they should be fine and ill keep the adult endlers fed up to help keep them away from the young :good:

Has anyone else have success just leaving them to it in the tank

yes, i have about 7 almost adults and about 3 more fry this morning, i used to put them in a breeding net but since getting a large 180l tank and loads of plants, they never bother, they are out all the time

I have been breeding endlers a while, most of mine are dropping every 17-20 days now, i got a 4ft tannk and 2ft tank that i breed just endlers in and origianlly i started off with 4 in each tank, now the 2ft one has a about 30 in and the 4ft one about 100 ish, there was more but i sold and gave loads away due to overcrowding..

I must have seen at least 1000 endlers go to a good home out of the tanks and like i said, that was just off originally 8 endlers ;)

I have never used a breeding trap or seperated any of them, endlers tend to not bother the fry and even if they do, after having thier first couple of broods, they definitly dont bother the fry anymore.
