Coral would make the pH high so I'd say shell or rock dwelling cichlids. There are a few that stay small enough for a 10g.

They'd still work. Some of the species: Stappersi/Melagris, Similis, Brevis, Ocellatus to name a few.

With fake coral though, that opens up for more.

You could keep two dwarf puffers in there if you provide them with plenty of hiding places, though if the coral is real you may want to remove it, because as Teelie mentioned, it will raise the pH. If you decide on puffers you can't have any other types of fish, as the puffers are mean little devils...
