empty 10gallon

Coral would make the pH high so I'd say shell or rock dwelling cichlids. There are a few that stay small enough for a 10g.

dwarf puffer but that would be the only thing you can put in there
they are cool though
i had a puffer in my 10 gallon until he died last week :( so now im starting a planted tank with neon tetras and small cories

You could keep two dwarf puffers in there if you provide them with plenty of hiding places, though if the coral is real you may want to remove it, because as Teelie mentioned, it will raise the pH. If you decide on puffers you can't have any other types of fish, as the puffers are mean little devils...

Edit: Ok, n/m the coral comment. You posted that it was fake while I was posting :p
