ok here goes
we have whitespot, my rapheal catfish is not coping too good, he hasnt got the whitespot but, stopped eating and has gone all limp and isnt eating which isnt him, his eyes glased and im worried........ temp was 30 but had to turn it down to to fitting tiger barb, we have clown loach so only using half dose... the rapheal catfish is 10 years old and we love him, help

Have you increased aeration in the tank.
Can you post your water stats please.

havent done water stats cos didnt think we could change water cos of meds. air pump on max and filter flow on max

Does it look like his slime coat peeling, It can be bad water quality, parasites, bacterial.
How his breathing.
If you have to preform a water change during a med course you just add the correct amount of med back to water removed.

he is panting badly and isnt looking good, though he waas a gonna today , all the other fish attacking him, he is massive and normalling he would bite them back

Have you issolated him. Fish will attack an ill fish.

he is a tank on his own with air bubble, he still isnt eating, is 10 years old for a raphael catfish....... is it something to do with co2? we have it for our plants he got ill same time as we started co2

Try soaking his food in garlic juice to stimulate him to feed.
