Emergency? Or Not?

I've noticed over the past few days that some of my plants have some green dots on them. They aren't really green they are kind of in between blue and green. I've tried to find it but I'm not really sure what kind it is. Any ideas?

I hvae no clue what this could be, but have you tested your water stats lately? Posting those can also be really helpful in figuring out what is wrong.

Weird, at least I know it's not blue-green algae that makes me feel better.. Plus I've read it tends to spread fast and it's really just been on the same leaves for a while.

My readings are:
PH 6.8
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 5-10
Phosphate Minimal
Iron .15-.3
KH 2.4
