Emergency - Discus Dieing

i have noticed today that my blue turq discus has been acting strange and now it is on its side at deaths door i dont know what to do will i be able to save him?? ive done a water change and no improvement id do anything to save this fish thanks in advance

I do water changes every week and its in a 180L tank with two other discus one angelfish and two rainbows ... all the others are fine!!

how much water did you change? Have you got a test kit? If so can you test now and post the results. Hiw long has the tank been set up?

Tanks been set up for six months ... and the water was fine when i took a water sample in to the pet store ... i havent got a test kit but will get one asap but i have a feeling he wont last much longer although the other fish are fine ... so i dont know if it is the water ... and the discus were wormed a month ago too ... its a mystery and theyre not cheap fish either thanks 4 reply
