I have put my pregnant molly from my main tank to a smaller tank with the same water and this morning this is virtually lifeless laying up aganis the side of the tank. I can poke at her and she will swim a few strokes and go right back to the bottom.... I am really worried :( I dont want to kill her before she has her fry.... Sould i put her back into the big tank and just let her fry fend for themselves. wich they dont really even have a chance in the big tank but i dont want to have adults die...I dont know what to do can anyone help quick?

Don't worry she's about to give birth if she's solitary and don't move her.it'll stress her out even more... if she's dying squeeze the babies out and hope for the best gl :)

all the water for the smaller tank comes right out of the big one... I wanted to make sure all the levels were goin to be right with moving her so all the water i used is what she was used to anyways... i hope that she is goin to have her fry she is standing strait up on her tail looking at the sky.....it does not loook to good but i hope everything turns out alright for the fry

 ........ :byebye: Hate to say it but the mother is deffinatly on the fast track to those pearly white gates. There are hope for the babies though. Hope for the best that she will have them before she dies and I don't know about the squeezing teh babies out but once she is dead you might as well try it, it's probally a good idea once I think of it. You can't do anything fo rher now just leave her in there and continue to feed her. Good luck and God Bless ~Scarlett
