Ellen and her harem

Since I just scrubbed the thing from top to bottom, I figured it was time to post pics of my female betta tank, also known as Ellen's tank. Ellen is my first and only named female betta... she builds bubble nests and courts my other females, so I just started calling her Ellen and it stuck.

Same mustard gas female.. at least I think she's mg, but she's so dark it's a little hard to tell. This picture isn't a very good representation of her colours...

Splotchy black marble (or possibly black lace?) female. She has a boo-boo on her head from when I was trying to net her and she swam directly into a wall full force . It seems to be healing ok, though.

Whole tank. I want to add more plants soon

Loverly fish ! their loverly colours! i bet when ellen does her bubble nests its amazing! ive not had either of my males make 1 yet!

im thinking about settling up an all female betta tank, with sum corys, but i still havent made a deffinate decision, cus ive only got space 4 a 24" tank, with is 10gallons in my bedroom. ive got 3 females in a community tank at the moment, with guppys, a pleco and a shark. but im keen to have a female betta tan in my room, cus ive already got 2 boys in a divided double hexagan tank! i just love bettas!
