Elephant Nose Fish Injuries (Picture Heavy)

I woke up this morning and found that one of my smallest elephant nose fish has two open white scrapes, one by his gill and one by the back of his tail. All i have in the tank is driftwood, pvc pipe, plastic plants, and real plants, so its either a health issue i think the driftwood cut him, but idk what to make of it. Any input would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your fish. I just lost a fish to a mystery injury, its frustrating to not know what something is, or how to take care of it.

Maybe he was bullied coz he's small.

Yea thats what i was thinking, he was breathing heavily and always on top, unlike the others always hiding. There was 2 of his size i hope the other makes it. Theres 3 med well same size but fatter for some reason., and 1 double nose thats the boss.
