Tank size: 350LTR
pH: 7.41
ammonia: Ran out of test strips
nitrite: Ran out of test strips
nitrate: Ran out of test strips
kH: Ran out of test strips
gH: Ran out of test strips
tank temp: 27c
Tank Age: about 2 months ago I upgraded to a trigon 350l from a jewel 120l, used same water and filter media.
Filter type: TetraTec 1200 External

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):

Just seems to be 'waddling' around the top section of the tank. tries to go down the the surface but seems to roll over an go back up. Can't stay upright.

Noticed yesterday, I though he was just mooching about for food or something, he didnt seem as bad.

I know at the best of times manouverability isnt a Elephant strong point, but this one seems to have serious navigation problems.

Thanks in Advance For The Help

He seems to be looking around as if for food, but the fact he is constantly rolling over makes me think he is unwell.

I have never owned Elephant Fish before this one, had the 2 about 3 weeks. All the other fish are healthy and active.

Thanks.

Take s sample of your water to the lfs and tell them to write the readings down for you.
Test strips are not accurate, you need liquid test kits.

Sounds like swim bladder to me, try some cooked peas.
