Electric Yellow Looking Very Skinny

my electric yellow has been eating and swimming around fine though she is very skinny what can cause africans to go skinny?

i'd say intestional bugs. That's what a few of mine looked like. I treated them w/some meds. I don't remember the name of it though Have you posted in Emergencies section yet?
