hi i have one ebjd its about 2 inches I was just wondering about tank mates mainly catfish because I have brown algae i wipe it of everyday and still comes back and i have done more water changes

Brown algae normally appears in a newly set up tank, how long has the tank been running? was it cycled? I would remommend small daily wc until the algae disappears (brown algae usually stops as quick as it starts) before adding other fish. Its not a good idea to get a fish just to cure an algae problem, but bristle nose plecs would be ok with a ebjd.

Ebjd's are a lot more peacful than their regular "cousins", and I've seen them in community tanks on display at my LFS before, it's just a matter of not getting anything it can swallow
