I have been dosing using EI since I started my planted tank about 2 months ago. I am wanting to start to dose using just powder instead of mixing it into a liquid solution. I am using CSM+B, KNO3, and KH2PO4. I am dosing 2 teaspoons of KNO3 three times weekly along with 1 teaspoon of CSM+B and KH2PO4 three times weekly. The tank is 100 gallons with about 410 watts of lighting. Can someone tell me how much powder I will need to add straight to the tank so that I don't have to mix into a solution please?

100-125 Gallons (380-473 litres)
70ml solution or 1 1/2 tsp KNO3 3x a week
40ml solution or 1/2 tsp KH2PO4 3x a week
16ml solution or 1/2 tsp K2SO4 3x a week
30ml or 1/2 tsp traces 3x a week

you will need a measuring spoon.

Dosing seems a bit rich, but if you have high plant biomass and faster growing weeds, you are okay.
Still, might want to reduce the dose by about 30% or so(your first tsp dosing post).
No need for that much 3 x a week.
Also, GH, add some Mg/Ca here and there also, adding more will not hurt.

So you are saying dose 1 1/4 teaspoon of KNO3 and 1/4 teaspoon of CSM+B and KH2PO4 (give or take some) three times weekly?

410 watts over 100 gallons is alot. Youll need constant 30ppm co2 and a high plant biomass. I have 240watts over a 125 uk gallon and its very well lit.

I am going to start having all 410 watts of light on for 4 hours of the day and for the remaining 8 hours have on only 108 watts. That is what I am thinking.
