Hi, basically I have gathered that I need potassium nitrate and potassium phosphate (where do I get this btw, I tried aqua essentials) and potassium sulphate.

Then it recommends getting a decent liquid fert for iron.

so which of the seachem flourishes should I get?

The nitrate, sulphate and phosphate can be found on aquaessentials. Its in "dry fertilisers".
As for the iron, use Seachem Flourish Iron - 250ml which is also on there but sold out
API leave zone is good too.

what does it mean when it says 'mono' on aqua essentials?

Yeh aquaessentials is the only place I know that sells the dry versions of nitrate and phosphate. BTW all the mono refers to is the fact that its got just one potassium atom per molecule, i.e. KH2PO4, well I think anyway. 1 K, 2 H, 1 P, 4 O.

As to an iron fert get the aquaessentials trace mix as it contains not just iron but several other elements too like boron that the plants will also need. That or get the tropica plant nutrition, which is generally regarded as the best trace mix you can get.
