Ei & Flourish Excel With Daily Water Changes?

Hi all, i need to treat my tank with some medicine, but also i need to do 50% daily water changes. However, i am dosing EI and flourish excel. Should i modify the dose of EI to accommodate the rapid recycling of water and retain nutrients for the plants? My current dose is 10ml + 5ml of the first 2 bottles, 2ml trace mix.
