I need some advice. For work, I have invested in a 400 litre tank and use an Eheim Professional II filter system. The problem is that for various reasons I do not have the manual or knowledge to maintain this filter. When do I change the filter medium? Hw do I change the medium? Ever get the feeling that you are out of your depth? Many thanks for any help that you may give.

4000l tank? Jeez, I thought we were looking big at 400l! Makes me feel quite small now! lol

Ok now that's bizarre - when I read the main post your message says 4000 litres, yet when I reply, the bit down below says 400 litre - in other words, your size changes between screens - freaky!
