Eheim Classic 2215 Filter Not Working

Hi, Ive had my filter for a few months now, and last night the intake tube got detached from the canister, and there was a mess of water everywhere
Today i re attached the tube to the canister, and air bubbles came out of the outtake tube, but the motor was noisy and the filter wouldnt pump water. any one know what i can do? thank you.

hi are you 100% sure its primed up and not got a air lock in the canaster might be worth cracking the top of and filling the canaster with water from the tank then give it another go
