Eheim Canister Filter For 46g Tank?

I'm getting a 46gallon fish tank next week and looking to get an Ehein canister filter. What models will suit my 46 gallon tank best? I was looking at Eheim ecco 2234 model, will it be sufficient for my tank? Thank you for your help and suggestions.

The Eheim 2234 is only rated at 500 lph or about 130 gph so that isn't a lot of filtration. Generaly rule of thumb is that you need a minimum of 5X the tank size so you would need closer to 250 gph.
