eggs?

i'm fairly new to fish keeping, so please bear with me. i have an artifical plant in my tank and there is what looks like a cobweb with little bulges in it. could it be eggs.

i have zebra danios,male guppies, cloud minnows,neon tetras, platties and bumble bee gobies.
