I have a coldwater tank with 9 white clouds, a male gold fantail, a female black moor, a weather loach and 5 hillstream loaches.
There has been eggs in the water every so often and not known who they are from so left them alone(anyone know who the eggs would most probably be from?). But this time I've decided to do something about it. Ive taken some of the eggs and put then in a bowl. Will they survive? How do I make then become babies?? :look:

No they won' survive in a bowl they need a water flow constantly going over them as the eggs will get fungus on them.

Some fish keepers use methylene blue to stop eggs getting fungus on them.

Lol well he wouldn't but if he was chasing after the female then she probably did

I was thinking the white clouds laid the eggs because well, they have been adults for a while.
Does anyone know the average price for a breeding trap? Would this keep the fungus away? How long does it take for the fungus to get to them?
