(EDIT-flexibacter)Mould or fungus maybe on my fish

Hi, my fish has been hospitalized after an attack for about three days, It has just developed what seems to be some sort of fungus, but it is different then in most pictures instead of a large white fuzzy spots, it seems discolored and fuzzy on over half it's body, If i were to gues I'd say fungus but then it is very different, I need an ID and some treatment Info please

Okay useing this site(under cloudy eye, above I diagnosed it as flexibacter, fish Tuberculosis, Columnaris.

Anyone have any experince I was planning on folloiwing this sites instructions
