Should I move this fish into my hospital tank? He is a tiger barb, and while I can't see anything wrong wiht him, he constantly hiding in the top corner of the tank near the heater. Fins aren't clamped, no obvious sign of trauma, no white spots, fungus, etc. I have one other barb who sometimes acts like this, but he is out for a few minutes then rejoins the action.

EDIT: I'm now thinking it was a false alarm, and just was a little constipated. He got a pretty big meal of blood warms this AM, and shortly after I moved him, there was a BIG turd in his tank. I'm guessing the poor guy was just uncomfortable.
