Edible Plants

I was thinking that it would be cool to use my aquarium, not only as a fish tank but as an aquatic garden as well.

However all I've found are plants for pond gardens, so does anyone know of any edible plants that I could grow in an aquarium?

The only one I know is edible is Limnophila aromatica. I did eat some that had grown above the water, quite nice taste too! Its not the easiest plant to grow and it would take a big aquarium to grow much of it. It’s eaten in Vietnam.

if i ate anything from my tank it would give me cancer or a tumor (got ich medicine that said harmful for humans, may cause cancer)
