Eco-complete African Cichlid Substrate

has anyone ever used Eco-Complete African Cichlid Substrate? I'm think of using the sand...it comes in sand and gravel.

please let me know your opinions!

I think I'm going to try it. It's sold by a fish company so it can't be bad!

My gravel version was excellent, until my mum mixed it with a load of other gravel and rendered it useless
