I have 3 in my 30G (at least I think they are Bleheri)

Problem is they are 12 inches tall now and just dominate the tank a little.

Should I:

1. Move them to the background
2. Move them to the sides
3. Remove 1 or 2 of them
4. Bin them totally

Look forward to answers, its just that I find the Ludwigia Repens much much prettier as I do the Polysperma Rosanervig but they have to waeve their way through the swords to get any light.

They do grow very big and I think work best in a big tank. They are really good looking plants though. They will keep growing and can out compete other plants, so maybe remove one or two. Its up to you.

clip them down a little, i did and its stayed down pretty much... and it *learned* to grow more leaves and stay low, or atleast it seems like that...

They are in the centre here 2 behind the Ludwigia Repens and 1 to the right, although the Ludwigia is fighting thought the leaves.

The picture doesn't really show just how much room the swords are taking up.

I do remove leaves everynow and again so that there aren't too many.

I had five or six in the middle of my 4ft tank until they got to around 14" . Then I split them and put a few at each end of the tank at the sides - very effective.

I love them. I would separate them and replant them in a new spot. :good:
If you do decide you don't want them any more... You could always donate them to me... :hyper:  :shifty:
