Easy Plants To Look After & Maintain

Alright I'm going to level with you all, don't know much about looking after plants / setting up plants in aquariums

I want to add a few 'easy level of care' plants to my community, I'm fed up of plastic plants, some of the pics I've seen of members aquariums on here are amazing; what I'd like to know is;

What equipment I need altogether, special type of lights?
What plants are easy to look after? (I have an 180l cubed tank so any input of what plants would look great)

All you'd need if you have a medium level of plants is some trace ferts if your lighting is low enough that is, what wattage is your lighting and how many do you have?

Easy plants are things like

Echinodorus
Anubias
Eleocharis
Microsorum
Hygrophila
Cryptocoryne
Various mosses
