Easiest Plants With Colour?

Hi I have a low tech tank, I add TPN+ weekly and was wondering wht the easiest plant with some colour is to keep? I currently have anubias nana, anubias barteri , java fern and windelov java ern(I think it's called this). I also have a couple of fake silk plants which I am using to add some bulk to the plantsbut I want to create more places for somme cherry shrimp I have to blend into then tank nd was wonderingif there are any easy to keep more colourful plants?
