you can feed your fish normal garden worms, however be careful, as clearly anything chemicals you put into your garden, may cause harm to your fish. another good point is to pot the worms 24hours before feeding, that way, all the mess inside will be expelled
 
I'd like to breed them and the best way to do it is to buy them by the pound. They double every three months and if i were to have ten, it's be 100 by a couple years. Kinda pointless if you ask me.
 
What fish are these for?

Maybe you could use pest pond snails instead? Easy and fast to breed etc.
