Earthworms For Small Size Fish?

I was thinking about harvesting my own earthworms. Would they be good for small size fish like rummynose and cardinals. I also got gouramis, kuhlis and cories.

Earthworms are eagerly gobbled up by most fish and I feed them on a regular basis. My oscars take them hole, but in your case chop them up as small as you can, give them a real good rinse in a sieve or net and treat your fish, they will love them. P.S. Some reccomend "purging" the worms, but this isn't something that I have found neccasary.
