Dying Or Being Crazy

My red platy has a big white dot in it's body. I don't think it's ich because it doesn't look like salt and it's just one dot. About a month ago my fish had ich but I treated them with API super ich cure powder packets and they healed. I have had my fish for 2-3 months already. I also think my platy is pregnant. I currently have 3 day old fry from another platy in my fish tank so will medication hurt my healthy fish? Is my platy ok???

sounds like the start of an ulcer maybe? fry can be moved out now, a heated bowl or even a floating container in the tank while you treat .
