Dying Fish

hi i currently have a 50 gallon tank and all i had in there was 6 neon tetras.. i went to the LFS and baught 6 black neon tetras and 4 flame tetras now there is only 1 flame tetra and 3 black neon tetras the rest where stuck to the filter intake.. i have no ammonia or nitrites the tank has been running for about a month with the tetras and i havent had any problems.. can anyone help?

what are your full water params? just give us everything that you know, including temp etc

ph 7.0 gh. normal tap water havent done anything to it. i dont know how hard tapwater is. and temp about 26-27 degrees celcius.

I assume you have used a dechlorinator?

What did you do to acclimate the new fish, did you quar them, and how long has the tank been running?

tank has been running with 6 neon tetras for about 2 months. i didnt quarantine them as i dont have another tank but the neons are fine
