HELP ME PLEASE QUICKLY

I HAVE LOST 3 FISH SINCE FRIDAY AND AS I TYPE THIS 2 MORE ARE SLOWLY DYING. WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE? THE WATER IS OK AND THERE ARE NO OBVIOUS SIGNS OF DISEASE. WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE

You need to help us out a bit...

What are the dimensions of the tank?
What are the current water parameters? ("OK" is not a parameter)
What is the list of fish?
What decorations do you have in the tank?
What changes or additions have you made to the tank in the last week?
Have you noticed any unusual behavior recently?
