Dwarf Saggitarius Melting

Bought some Dwarf Saggitarius a week ago, now the leaves are becoming transparent and look as if they are melting
 
1.5wpg and i dose fertiliser weekly

Most likely a transition from emersed to immersed growth.  I noticed a huge change in my dwarf sag over time where it lost its large, rounded terrestrial leaves and switched to narrow, pointed submerged foliage.

will it regrow and if so how long until it does? thanks

It varies but with low light and without CO2 I would expect new growth to be fairly slow, over the course of a few weeks.
