Dwarf Puffers With Serious Problem!

Ive got 3 dwarf puffers. I discovered today that 1 was dead at the bottom of the tank. The other 2 are ok but one looks as though its got swimbladder. Ive turnt down the filter current even more and he seems better but im not sure
Any help highly appreciated!

How did you cycle the tank?

Puffers are very sensitive to poor water, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate etc far more so than most other fish.

I used live bacteria to cycle

If you have a nitrite reading id say your tank is still cycling
