Dwarf Puffer Emergency!

hey guys, need your help big time on this one,

got three dwarf puffers and one of them is just laying on the bottom not looking too good. he is the smallest of the three. has a flat stomach. i treated my fish for white spot earlier today and there is only one white spot on him so i dont think this is the cause of the abnormal behaviour... he has had a healthy appetite eating snails and blood worms. another thing you might need to know is that i just topped up the aquarium with warm water? dont know if this all helps and havent tested my aquarium in a while due to no test strips or test kit

please help me!

Go get a test kit and become a responsible fish keeper. In the mean time, do a 50% water change daily.

i know lol and i dont blame you, btw cracking set up you got.

and dyu know anywahere that i can get hold of a descent second hand 60 - 100 litre tank wanna upgrade and get them out of their smaller tank.
every small tank i get it goes wrong, big tanks im fine with i guess its just the levels change quicker in a smaller tank ?
